What type of approach do you have? You realize that if they call you, that you are in control. Make sure you have a helping attitude and that you convey that to your callers.
What eduaction or experience do you have in this area? What tools do you have right now?

I have been sending out mailers to foreclosures in the legals. I have gotten a decent response(better than I expected) but I feel like I’m not prepared when it comes to explaining what I want to do or convincing them to do it. I would like some suggestions from investors with experience in this area. I am confident that I can do some good deals with the right tools. Thanks
