Good point, Richard. I was wondering that myself.

Here, I just formed a company named Roof Trusses, Inc.
Would you be so kind as to now send me the schematics for building a roof truss? And while you are at it, could you kindly send along the contracts I will need for securing orders? Oh and a plan for financing the truck we will need to carry the trusses. Thanks, you guys are great, Hope to do business with you soon.

Please, Charles, if you are serious about this and read this post, re-think your game plan. Learn as much as you can about the foreclosure process before jumping in to this. You will find that people in pre-foreclosure are desperate, motivated sellers, yes, but most of all they need someone to be able to help them NOW. Someone who knows the answers to their questions and what to immediately do. Not to mention, if you don’t know what you are doing, you could quickly get yourSELF and your investors into a whole heap of trouble as well. Learn the business as a spectator first, and worry about the rest of it later.

Pre-Foreclosure purchases and assistance - Posted by Charles Galan

I have started a small business of my own called Pre-Foreclosure
Solutions LC. My concept is to buy distressed properties going into
foreclosure & resell them for profit. Therefore I need the information
necessary involved with the transferring of the properties from the
clients interest & into my company as we assume or secure financing.
Please send Forms & Instructions for these vehicles be they Quit claim
deed, Affidavits, Warranty deed in lieu of foreclosure ect. as I am not
real familiar with this area yet.

Also, for the clients who’s homes / properties that I do not purchase, I
would like to offer financial alternatives to them to possibly stop the
foreclosure & save their credit. We would like to help people, and also
find Real Estate deals in doing so. So we are focussing on being able to
either purchase properties to bail the clients out of foreclosure, or to
advise / refer them to some type of assistance firms, if they exist. I
would like any related information concerning these matters, or referral
to where I may research this information. Could you please assist us.

Sincerely, Charles Galan

Excuse me…but if you don’t know how this business would work, what value do you offer your customers? What are you bringing to the table?

Have you studied the subject?
