Why stop there? Instead of saying “home”, why not say “my new home?”

Pre-Foreclosure Trustee Sales - Posted by Sean

Myself and a partner are going to start buying homes that are in the last stages of pre-forclosure. We have all the formulas down and my partner is a RE broker who has been in the biz for 15 years and has a good grasp on REI. Does anyone have any techniques or tips that can help us on our adventure??? We are open to all advice your experience can give…

be sure that when you are approaching the homeowner, that you watch the “lingo” I do the same thing in Kansas City, MO and the more you disassosiate them from the house the easier it is. (i.e. instead of the word home, use house, and instead of saying “your house”, use “the house” its subconscience work, but it helps tremendously. Also have the quick claim deed and a pen in your hand at the door, it’s good for eye persuation. Good luck to you, do you have any tips for me?
