Why don’t you ask these individuals to provide you proof of funds, and you can use this.
Other issue here is - will these offers be in your name, and you assign them? If you’re presenting offers in someone else’s name you’re practicing real estate agency without a license and you will get nailed.

I have about 3 private investors (individuals) that have assess to money and we have made an agreement that I will be their deal locator and submit many offers via Realtors (like Steve Cook) and they pay me no less than $2000.00 per deal just for riding around looking at the properties and summitting the offers. I am doing the legwork.
I need an example Pre-qualification letter from a private investor so that I can submit as many offers as I can, whether they be REO’s,etc.
