Knock on doors! But be prepared to offer to help them with a win/win solution. Don’t simply knock on their door and say “I know you’ve missed some payments so you might as well sell me your house at a discount…”
Since we’ve been given TWO ears and ONE mouth, perhaps the best strategy would be to listen to what they tell you… and if you listen carefully you’ll be able to return to them with a custom fitted win/win solution.
