There should be a newspaper in your area that post legal announcements. Most people in trouble will appear here 60 tp 90 days before the sale.

If you’re looking to get the data as early as possible, then the courthouse, or county recorder’s office, is your best bet.
Some counties have this data online. Check into this before you commute to the courthouse every day. However, the online data can be a day, or more, behind.
