i am looking for help on correctly preparing a contract for assignment to investors. i.e (legal escape clause and any advise on what to add to the contracts to protect myself should the buyer fall thru ).i am new to assigning/flipping and don,t want to make any costly mistakes.i plan to try this in the next couple of weeks.currently researching properties data and compiling investor lists.thanks to all who reply. john
