It will give much more weight to your offer. I usually submit 1-2 prequal. letters with offers to mls just to show them I am serious and not some guy off of the street trying to waste their time.

Is it common to make offers w/ a prequalification letter
from a hard money lender even though you’re planning on flipping the property? Is the understanding that you’re going to refer the buyer to the hard money lender? Thanks!
