It looks like it costs $125 to create an LLC there.

If you’re going to do business in NY with your Nevada LLC, then check out this site:

The cost for “Application for Authority (Foreign LLCs)” appears to be $250.

It depends on where you set up the entity. In Arizona, it costs less than $100 to create either. In California, it costs significantly more; something like $800. And, if you decide to set it up in another state and operate within your home state, then you’ll have to register in your state as a “foreign” entity. That’s an additional cost.

There are services that will do it for you; however, their fees are based on the state. You can do it yourself. Some states have directions and forms online.

So, without more information on your plans, it’s impossible to answer your question definitively.

Here is Florida’s Department of State fee schedule page for both corporations and LLCs.

Based on what I read, it appears that new corporations cost about $80 while new LLCs cost $125.
