Worst case scenario is you could have a moment or two of boredom. Take a book.
Best case scenario is that you understand real estate, local state laws, practices and procedures much better - giving you an edge. You’ll understand more about how Realtors, buyers and sellers think. It’s worth the time.

I saw in the paper yesterday that the local Board of Realators is offering a 30 hour course on the principles of Real Estate. There was no cost listed. Is it worth it? What will I learn? Is this just a training course for new realtors to be? What do you think?
