Put “Merle Woolley” in the archive search on the main news group. He has had great success in attracting private investors and even had a course on it at one time.

I’m looking for some PRIVATE investors to fund my real estate flipping venture, Can you give some advice on how to market for those type individuals? Newspaper ads etc.?
Also I need a contract for such a transaction which can protect both parties. I JUST NEED ADVICE ON PRIVATE INVESTOR LENDING!!!
