I just did and got one call. He has done it before and is looking for higher returns. It looks as though we might be able to do business. I tried mailing postcards to high income individuals. $300 bucks later I had no responses. The ad worked for me. I just ran Earn 12-15% secured by real estate. My number.

I am a rehabber lately my bank has been very difficult to deal with. I am thinking about running an ad in the local paper for private investors. Looking for 12-15% on their $$ secured by a first on a property, short term 6 months or so. I know a lot of people that are getting killed in the stock market. Anyone ever place an ad for something like this?

What’s your credit score?
Do you have a LOC or home equity?
How about buying on a 95-100% NOO loan and financing the rehab and carrying costs with your credit line/credit cards/home equity line?
