Have a guy in Chicago who wants to find private lenders to create notes with backed by his property so he can purchase more property. 5K to 90K - the note custom made for the investor (monthly, quarterly, balloon payments). Any interest?

Are you a mortgage broker or otherwise somehow in the deal? Or is
