We’re having trouble with all cash offers. We are looking at some Fannie Mae homes to purchase and flip. However, Fannie Mae wants proof of the funds submitted with the initial offer. We plan to do a simultaneous closing with our buyer (who will be doing the renovations) so we are making all cash offers. Is there anyway to get around this or better yet, are there any hard money lenders in IL? We are having a hard time locating even one.
