I just read a story of a woman who was looking for capital and made up a packet describing herself and her need, and she mailed them to 50 CPA’s. One had a cardiologist willing to loan her $1 million to start a car dealership. You may also want to look at doctors - pretty much clueless regarding real estate and always looking at the bottom line. Hope this helps.

All over, you can find them where ever people with money hang out. Golf course comes to my mind, country clubs are also good.
