I would like a copy. I have a deal where there are 4 siblings. Mom’s died. One of the sister’s is the executor of the will and had to evict the brother from the House and now is in the process of selling it. If the brother has a share in the will, won’t he have to agree to the sale?

Donald, I am using Jim Banks Probate Course for now. I am studying the course on video, 11 of them, slowly. I believe he’s really on to something, opportunity that is, but some the details (how to) of probate investing can put one to sleep. I have the introductory video to the program if you would like me to mail it to you.
