Sounds to me like he is simply wholesale flipping, and his source of homes are probate homes.
There are courses here on flipping that can teach you this and other methods.
Why limit yourself?
I’d like to throw this out to anyone who has experience or knowledge in this field. I have checked out an Alexandria,
Virgina company called “Gateway Investment Properties.” The
owner, Lance Young says he has been very successful in the field of flipping houses in probate to savvy investors. He claims to need “only $10 make the contract legal.” His net is around "$3,000 to $8,000 per deal. He says he leaves enough in the deal for the investor to make a nice profit.
What do you guys think? Does this method work? Is this course worth me paying $199 for it?
