I’m not familiar with FL law, but I highly doubt that probate would stop a foreclosure - in fact, I’ve heard of probate properties being foreclosed on in other states.

Will probate proceedings stop foreclusure on a house? Specifically, in FL there is a certain executor who has stopped making house payments on an estate while he and his other siblings squable over the disposition of the estate. Can the mortgage company foreclose on the house while it is still in probate? Thanks in advance for the advice.
