Wanting to do a subject to with a property in probate. The attorney for the personal rep in a probate case said the PR cannot legally create a revocable living trust. Is this correct? If so, should I just skip the trust assignment technique and take my chances on a subject to?
He’s correct, create the land trust yourself, and have the PR deed it to your trust.
