Thats the second time this week someone I had heard something positive about the easy landlord software.

And $70.00 is not a bad price.

Did you find it on the net or at an office supply store?

Does anybdy have a recommendation fo a good cheap (or free?) property mgmt software package to help track a few sfr I own? Nothing fancy needed, but I want to keep track of who has paid, rent increases, lease dates, and that type of thing.

depends on what you consider cheap and simple. The Property Manager will do your job quite handily.

Try easy landlord. It is cheap about $70.00 and will manage up to 50 units.
