Proper use for this board - Posted by Jeff

First of all, none of you know me from adam’s house cat. I’m new to this board. I’m a mortgage broker by avocation and a lawyer by education. Which only means that I can finance your house and use a few useless words in the process.

I have been reading the posts on this board and have come to this conclusion.

There is some very useful information here. People are taking their time to provide an opinion. Either use it, discard it or ignore it. Your choice. Or use some of it and discard the rest.

It appears that some of the post have issues with purchased material. OK, so be it. Live and learn. Move on. But sorting through the sea of coal complaints to get to a few gems of knowledge on this board, so far, has been worth it.

I wouldn’t know if Carlton Sheets material is great, not so great or pure wasted tree pulp. Same goes for every other course spoken of on this board. I’ve not purchased one.

But I do know this. The more I read, the more I learn.

And action is a heck of a lot harder than just reading a book. Your parents told you right. There is no such thing as a free lunch.
