I’ve got a Real Estate agent who has given me access to his MLS, and I’m seeking houses that may present a good opportunity to flip and make a profit…The problem is, however, that I don’t possess the cash/credit to purchase these houses, and even if I did, what would be my next step towards getting it off my hands and seeing something that would reflect in my bank account!!!
