I have the opportunity to pick up several brand new homes in Indiana. I will be selling these to other investors. The property will be put in a trust for legalities sake. Heres my question: The investor(s) will want to pull cash at closing. They will have 15% equity with the homes appraising at 300k. How can we pull cash out at closing on this deal? We can set it up where they are leaving 5% equity in the deal if neccessary. Thanks for your time
