Easy Landlord is a good program. It will go up to 50 units. Bought it at Comp USA. $70.00.

WE are looking at purchasing a pm software program. Is anybody using a program that they would recommend. We are looking to manage 25 sfh and a few multi unit buildings. any response would be appreciated.
