I’m looking for opinions on a good software package to use to manage residential rental properties. I have been in the business two years and currently have 10 rental properties. I’m also using Quickbooks Pro to keep the books. I’m looking for a software package to use to manage lease agreements (i.e. contract length, automatic letter generation for late payers, etc.), tenant information (i.e. address, phone numbers, etc.) and also quantatative analysis of efficiencies (vacancy rates, etc.) Any suggestions are much appreciated.
