Hi Stacy,
That is the provider for the service through the www.mrlandlord.com website.
I have used them in the past…I think it’s $13 for a faxed scored Equifax report. They usually fax it within minutes…they also have criminal history reports available.
How does one go about setting up an account with a credit house to pull potential tennants credit reports? Does anyone do that. How could you not do that? It is a legit reason. So I don’t see a reason why it can’t be done. Any help thanks
This is the “National Tenant Network”.
There is a one time, $35 lifetime membership sign up fee.
They have many different options for getting the reports, and what type.
I use the fax back service.
I simply call in and give the Tenants Soc Sec. #, and some other info.
Withing 2 minutes the report is coming on my fax machine.
They offer credit reports, criminal reports and evicition reports as well as advice on good screening.
I usually only do the credit check, and that costs me about $8 per report.
They have offices all over the country, offer there service online, via fax, and hard copy.
All are good in my opinion.
I pull creditchecks from a company in Kansas City.
Northland Services is at 800-905-8774. I live in
San Diego and because they pull from Trans Union,
which is a national company, it works real well.
They fax the report to me for $9. I got hooked up
with them because someone had mentioned the company
here.

Call the collection companies in your area. Most can set you up with one of the big three–whichever one they are affiliated with. I pay $4 for a basic report plus $10 for a state wide criminal check and landlord tennant court filings. I got a break from the $150 setup fee by being a member of the local REIA group.
