Make do with what you got now. Get the additional materials when and if you really need it or interested in the subject matter.
Just don’t get to the point where you’re spending $$$ on supplementary courses, additional videos, newsletter subscriptions, attending live seminars, etc. to where you don’t have any $$$ to start doing deals.

After I purchased the Carleton Sheets course, I received an additional “investor’s success series” courses also from Carleton sheets. The three courses are:

Painless guide to profitable property management
Cashing in on foreclosures and distressed properties
Creating quick wealth with partners.

All for less than $ 100, which is not bad… Is it really worth it? I’m just starting in REI but I haven’t made my first deal yet so I don’t know if getting those courses is “too much to handle” for a newbie.

Any thoughts will be appreciated. Thanks.
