I have not bought the software. I only manage a few properties and I can get along ok with a simple database program to record my income and my expenses. Prints out summaries for my income tax forms.
However, I know Leigh Robinson some (pronounced “Lee”) and he has spoken to the local investors group about he software, with demonstrations. Leigh has a lot of properties himself and uses it himself. He hired a professional programmer to put it together. So I’m sure it is good. However, last I knew it only ran on MacIntosh computers. Is it available for PCs now? Also, one had to have a certain database program to run it.
