Can anyone offer up a list of questions for qualifying potential property management companies for apartment buildings? I have a basic list I’ve compiled from my studies, but I know many of you have been burned in the past prompting you to always ask a certain question, or have been taught a serious of questions, etc. I really want to learn some new questions, possibly with double meanings to qualify management comps and avoid conflicts.
