What are you guys doing as far as qualifying your T/Bs? Do you send all of your prospects to a mortgage broker to get credit pulled, etc? How much time do you take to do this before taking the option fee and putting them in a home? I am running the ad for my L/O this weekend and want to get someone qualified and in there ASAP. I have forms for them to fill out with all of their credit info, etc.
