Eventually you will need to drive and see the place, at least to look it over.
As for the paperwork, there are services you can use like ups and fedex to ship docs for signature.

Am interested in meeting with two listing agents in order to sign contracts on two properties. The problem is the listing agents and two properties are located far from where I live in Chicago IL. So, my question is how do you other experienced investors handle listed properties your interested in, that is far from where you live. I’m thinking of maybe getting a buyers agent who’s investor friendly to work for me but would like to know if its possible for the buyers agent to drive to the listing agent and he/she sign the contract instead of me, so that way I won’t have to drive that long commute. All responses would be appreciated and thanks to all of you.
