It sounds like a form from the Nuts & Bolts course. In the appendix, each form has a explanation preceding it.
If you are using a land contract form for TX, you should be aware that the law has changed.

Bill,
I bought two of your courses about 2 years ago when you were here in Dallas for a weekend seminar. On the forms that were included with the course there are numbers in the blanks. These numbers apparently go along with some sort of key. I have been unable to find the key. Could you provide the legend or key that corresponds to these numbers.
Example
This agreement is between as seller and as buyer.
The blank in question is a little more involved and I can’t figure out what’s supposed to go in a few of the blanks. If you want me to I can send you the form I have questions about.
