Question about Private Lending - Posted by Sammi

Is it possible, yes, is it probable no. This would not be investing it would be gambling, and you would be better betting red and letting it ride 8 times at the roulette table (easier to calculate your odds, and you dont have to wait 18 months).

Private lending is usually better suited for people with lots of money (50k and up), wanting above average returns, low risk, and easy passive management. “Get rich slow”, as I like to say. IRA funds are ideal, but the fees would be high with such a small bankroll.

Question about Private Lending - Posted by Sammi

I was told that someone who’s a friend of a friend began investing as a private lender with a very small amount of money ($5,000 from an IRA account) & after 18 months, had accumulated wealth to the tune of $1.3 million. My question is, is something like this possible? Is there a way to begin private lending with such a small amount of money? Thx.
