The website suggests that they offer a credit repair product that you need to contact them directly for. Ugh–that would make me a little nervous. From the site… “while restoring your own credit may save you money, if it is done improperly it can cost you thousands of dollars in lost time, hassle, and you may do more damage than good to your credit”

I am a new investor. I have studied a lot of real estate and I am wanting to start putting what I’ve learned to work. I have been considering partnering with a company that I can do the legwork and they will buy the property at discount (all cash) and we flip the property owner financing it. The company (investor) I am looking at is Cash-Out Services at http://www.cashoutservice.com Does anyone know anything about them or are partners with them currently that could give some advice. Also, any companies that do this that anyone could recommend would be helpful.
