Ron has a good grasp on the cash flow side ( as well as other aspects ) of C.R.E. & his courses are good. Just remember that real life is always more complicated than the seminar world. Don’t be distraught when you don’t get one out of ten houses that you make offers on under contract.
…just wondering if anyone else have gotten this course…and is it working for you? I just recently
jump head first into it and it seems pretty well scripted
on paper…i i`m curious how well does it work “actual”…
