I am goin to be taking ownership of a property subject to the existing loan. I want to take the property into a land trust for protection. I have just formed a corp and would like it to hold the property. That being said, should the corp be the trustee and then I would be the beneficiary of the trust? Is that the correct way for me to take control of the property? I will basically be flipping the property to another buyer when I have finished the slight rehab work.
