Bill,
I am moving all of my properties (12) into Land Trusts from using your course. I recently got married and bought 4 more with myself and my wife.
The question is, when recording the Deed, do I have to have both of our signitures on ALL of the Deeds or just the ones after we got married and have her name on it?

Just the ones with your wife’s name, UNLESS you are in a community property state that the solely owned properties have BECOME marital (and thus community). In that case, you need 2 signatures on the deeds.
