I remember reading a post from quite some time ago that you were in negotions with a rather large investor base that will be funding deals for you. And that they would be funding in most states throughout the U.S. A couple of days ago, I think Jim Piper mentioned that you did a deal for his daughter. I was wondering if your now working throughout the country and if you’ve started dealing with the investors that I remember you mentioning from a while back?

If so, I’d very much like to talk to you about a deal that I’m in the process of trying to sell. I have many interested buyer’s, but am trying to get the most favorable financing for both of us.

Any update would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Mike,

You’ve got a good memory. The group I was going to go with at that time,
was a company called NovaStar. It didn’t workout. NovaStar is a good company,
we just couldn’t get together on our agreement.

I’m now with a group called Independent Mortgage based out of Orange County
California. I became what you call a net branch, which allows me to lend in
42 States. I’d be more than happy to talk to you any time that’s convenient for you Mike.

And are we talking hard money investor loans, or homeowner friendly mortgages?
