J.P. (or others)-

I was recently reading your how to article “Creating Your Own Mortgage” and I was wondering just how to use that technique in purchasing real estate to rehab. Do I contact note buyers and let them walk me through this type of transaction or is there a course I can look into to teach the ins and outs? I am concentrating my efforts towards mobile homes right now, but there have been a few single famly homes that have caught my eye that could be a good rehab project. I’m just looking for a little insight.
