I’m trying to fill in enough details of how lease/options can be used to purchase MHs to be able to include that as an available strategy when I purchase.
I’ve studied Ernest’s book, exchanged emails and spoken with him, and I’ve been able to get some information from postings on this board. However, there are still a few blanks I need to fill in. I’ve tried to get you to answer some of them, but I haven’t succeeded in getting a response (I know you’re very busy). What should I do here? Shall I give up and try to get the information from someone else? You seem to be the one who’s done the most with this strategy. Is there any possibility that you would be willing to talk to me on the phone for a few minutes? What would you suggest?
