Your corporation will then be the “dealer”…that gets YOU pesonally off the hook, but the dealer issue then impacts the corporation…and whether a corporation is the right vehicle for your depends on many factors.

Currently I have 3 properties that I’m rehabbing in my name. I just incorporated 1 week ago S Chapter election. If i quit claim these to my corporation will that allow me to get around dealer status? I bought and sold one last October so i don’t want to sell anymore under my name.
