We license our foreclosure system for use in a particular county. Our associates can decide whether they want to continue with it or not, and if so, they are entitled to do so for as long as it’s to their benefit.

Joe, I noticed the foreclosure program you are offering where someone can “stake out” a county and you will do foreclosures with them. I noticed the county I want is already taken and you said you only do one county per person. I was wondering how long a person can ‘own’ one of these counties with you and when are they available to someone else (1 year? 3 years?).
