Only helped one so far. Have them pay your expenses going into the deal and a percentage on the back end if they sell through your leads. If not, no harm done.

Do you make good money? Do you find it harder or easier to deal with RE investors? I’m not talking about big time commercial investors like huge high rise apartments, just us average SF, 2-8 flats. Can you share some of your good and bad experiences?

You don’t have to answer here if you don’t want to. You can reply to my email. I am not trying to start an argument between investors and agents. I’m just curious about how to present myself and also if I even want to go that route for a brief time (I have the opportunity before me).
