Personally I just like for my realtors to give me everything within my target area. I don’t want to miss a deal because it doesn’t meet the parameters that I ask my realtor to pull.
It doesn’t take long to go through a few hundred listings if need be. You get an education as to the asking prices of other homes in the neighborhood by doing so. I would just ask for everything, it can’t hurt.

Hello Steve let me start by saying you quick flip guide is a wonderful tool.My question is I have access to MLS whenever I want what is the best way I should be using this tool,expired listings forclosures not really sure what to ask for all the time.I also have been looking at the tax records for the prop I have her look up.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
