thanks for your input.
I am doing wholesaling right now(“flipping”),
just thought this might be another avenue for potential deals that could be put to use. thx

Question on partnering - Posted by jw
Posted by jw on June 25, 2003 at 19:52:37:
Senario:
There’s a real estate agent who wants to be an investor and has access to decent deal (leads) but no cash and needs investors who have cash or access to it.
I am an aspiring newbie trying to find my way but am focusing initially on wholesaling(to build my base). I have no money, bad credit, but a will to succeed.
What can I do?
How can I partner with this agent to the benefit of us both?
How would hard money lenders factor in?
I kind of sense some type of opportunity but don’t have a clue as to what.
Can someone shine some light on this.
Thanks in advance.

the both of you need money partners, not each other.

A person without money and without credit needs a money partner not a real estate agent in a similar situation.
Realtors services can be gotten without giving up half of your profits to someone who cant deliver. You still need a money partner, unless you are flipping.
Realtor finding deals, I wouldnt count on it. Learn how to find your own deals, after you do a few, they will pop up everywhere.
