These “associates” come about by doing the business and getting to know who in your area is best suited for your needs. Start doing deals. You’ll find that as time goes on and your niche changes, so will your associates. Additionally, as you deal with buyers who have financing,you’ll find some of their associates will be involved whether you like it or not (brokers, appraisers, imnspectors etc… To the extent that you control the deal and work with these individuals, you’ll fine good people to keep in mind for future deals. Notice how I keep avoiding the word “team”? That’s a guruese term they use to make newbies feel “professional”.
