I’m about to make a pitch to an individual with major money who is open to investing. I want to present a very informative and professional business plan. I will be working on this for a few days. Where can I find out the approximate number of homes that go into foreclosure every month (in Los Angeles California)?; who and how many investment companies I might be competing against at the Trustee’s Sale to get the homes, etc.?
Also is there a book anyone can recommend that could show me how to put together an excellent business plan?
Any and all words of wisdom is welcome.
