Question to the rehabbers in Fort Wroth, TX - Posted by Lorna...FT. Worth, TX

Condition of the property only relates to the numbers, which may or may not lead to a done deal. You’ll only buy the property if the seller agrees to your price, and your price will consider rehab costs and the fixed up market value. As for the type of rehab project, no building is impossible to renovate. We can do anything with enough money, but all the construction budgets and purchase prices must work together to produce a profitable project.

Good Luck,
Rolfe

Is there any house that you wouldn’t buy? I mean…how bad does a property have to be for you to decide it’s not worth fixing?

Thanks in advance.
