I’ve read very little about the different types of ownership that are available: tennants in common, tennants in common with right of survivorship, trusts, etc.
My girlfriend and I are looking to purchase investment property together before we marry. We are wondering how to own it (what type of ownership). Should we start a trust? I’ve heard irrevocable living trusts are good under which to own property, but I don’t know all that is involved? Any suggestions?
