I visited their site. It does sound pretty good to get a “bird dog” service for only $99. Did you try to contact them? How many leads can you expect a month? Do they have a sample of their lead sheets for you to see and review? How many members do they presently have? I didnt see much on the archives about this company. Maybe some others will respond to this.

I just checked out this website, and the question I have is, is this thing for real?, and how does it work? Will the leads they give me be homes that have already been forclosed or homes that are almost there? Do I also get their customer support? and how do I know they have leads in my area? It really sounds good, but it also sounds a little shady!!! Thank you, Shane
